NEW RULES:
1. Home Team gets the 3rd base dugout.
2. Morning games will start at 9:45 at fields A7 and A8, no grace period. At fields A9, A10 and Cougar, the game will start at 9:45 if each team has at least 9 players. Otherwise, game time is 10:00 with no grace period.
3. Only team managers are allowed to approach the umpires. Team managers will be fined $50 if a non-manager/player approaches to argue a call. The players that confront the umpires illegally will not be allowed to play until the fine is paid.
4. If a team starts with 9 players, a 10th, 11th and 12th player may be added to the roster prior to the 2nd round.
5. Ranking Tie Breakers will be as follows:
First Tie Breaker: Head to Head
Second Tie Breaker: Runs Allowed
6. Protest Fee is $50 and must be paid with the filing of a protest.
7. If a game goes into extra innings, the last batter from the previous inning will be placed at second base. No substitutions or courtesy runner will be allowed for the runner on base. If the last batter gets hurt, the 2nd to last batter will be placed on 2nd base.
8. All position players on the field must be on the batting line up with the exception of the pitcher. If a player is replaced on the batting order, the player is out of the game but may still be a courtesy runner.
9. Games will be 9 innings with no time limit unless there is second game in the respective field. If there is a second game, no innings will start after 12:34.
10. A batter will be automatically out if not wearing a helmet when entering the batter's box.
11. No drinking in dugouts. The Team Manager will be fined $50 if anyone is caught drinking in the dugout.
12. All base runners are required to wear a batting helmet or they will called out.
13. If the catcher drops the ball and there are base runners, the batter cannot touch the ball or he will be called out.
